Metamorphosis is non-verbal, non-invasive and non-directive. You can practice Metamorphosis on yourself, others and animals. This life changing approach is easy to learn. No experience in the healing arts necessary. An excellent class for holistic professionals, midwives and doulas, parents and anyone interested in assisting others with change.

In observing life, Robert St. John the founder of Metamorphosis, noticed that the overall patterns of humanity never really changed, there has always been illness, discomfort, disharmony, war and conflict, within and without. He realized that these primary stress patterns of humanity continue on because they have not been addressed at their origins. This was the impetus for the creation of Metamorphosis.

Cindy Silverlock studied with Robert St. John, the founder of Metamorphosis. She has actively inspired interest in Metamorphosis since 1989. She created the U.S. Metamorphosis Journal as a means for St. John to keep us abreast of his new developments. She sponsored numerous Metamorphosis conferences, including one of St. John’s final lectures. She is the author of, “An Introduction to Metamorphosis.” Cindy has taught nationwide and abroad since 1991.
